Description:
REC-TECH Acrylic Primer is a 100% acrylic emulsion for use on asphalt and concrete surfaces. It can be used as a priming material and will help with the adhesion of REC-TECH Color Coat.

Available Sizes: 5 Gallon Pail, 30 Gallon Keg,
55 Gallon Drum

Directions:
Allow newly applied asphalt or concrete to cure for at least one month prior to applying REC-TECH Acrylic Primer.

Pavement surface should be cleaned completely of dirt, loose stone, and vegetation before application.

Concrete surfaces should have a medium broom finish or roughened texture. Before using REC-TECH Acrylic Primer, etch concrete surface with muriatic or phosphoric acid and scrub and rinse surface completely. Allow concrete to dry thoroughly before applying primer.

Stir material before use. Apply a thin coat of REC-TECH Acrylic Primer with a roller, sprayer, or brush at the rate of 200-300 square feet per gallon. Do not dilute.

Note:
Temperature must be at least 50ºF and rising during application and for at least 24 hours after application. Do not apply if rain is imminent or forecast for the next 24 hours.

Coverage:
Coverage is approximately 200-300 square feet per gallon. Coverage will vary according to the porosity and texture of the surface.
