Description:
REC-TECH Acrylic Binder is a 100% acrylic emulsion designed to be mixed with sand and portland cement. Patch mixes based on Acrylic Binder are designed for filling low spots up to 1/2” deep.

Available Sizes: 5 Gallon Pail, 30 Gallon Keg,
55 Gallon Drum

Directions:
Pavement surface should be cleaned completely of dirt, loose stone, and vegetation before application.

Allow newly applied asphalt or concrete to cure for at least one month prior to applying REC-TECH Acrylic Binder patch mixes.

A drill with mixing attachment is preferred, although, material my be mixed by hand. Stir material before use. Mix Acrylic Binder according to directions and screed or trowel. Apply in lifts no greater than 1/2” at a time.

Mixing Directions:
Silica Sand - 100 Lbs.
Portland Cement - 30 Lbs.

Mix dry sand and dry cement first.
Then, continue to add:
Acrylic Patch Binder - 3 1/2 Gallons
Water - 1/2 Gallon
Mix ingredients for 2-4 minutes.
DO NOT OVER MIX.

Note:
Temperature must be at least 50ºF and rising during application and for at least 24 hours after application. Do not apply if rain is imminent or forecast for the next 24 hours.

Coverage:
Coverage is approximately 3 square yards per 100 lbs. at depth of 1/4”.
